BigElves ships worldwide with a focus on reliability, transparency and the safe arrival of every collectible. Below you’ll find the key details of our shipping service from dispatch to delivery.
Service areas

Domestic: Every PIN code across India.

International: Nepal, Sri Lanka, China, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.

Courier partners
We work with a multi-carrier network to match the best route for each destination and product type: FedEx, DHL Express (and DHL eCommerce), Shiprocket, Delhivery and DTDC. The carrier allocated to your parcel is shown in your dispatch email.
Order processing

Orders placed before 13:00 IST on a business day are usually packed the same day.

Standard processing takes one to three business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 13:00 IST, on weekends or on Indian public holidays move to the next working day.
Transit time guidance

India (Metro cities) – normally 7-10 business days after dispatch.

India (Non-metro) – normally 10-14 business days after dispatch.

Nepal, Sri Lanka, China – typically 2-4 weeks door-to-door.

USA, Canada, UK, Australia – typically 2-4 weeks door-to-door.
Extreme weather, customs inspections, festival peaks or other force-majeure events can extend these time frames; tracking will reflect any delay.
Shipping charges

Orders with a post-discount value below ₹2 000 are charged a weight-based shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Orders ₹2 000 or above qualify for free standard shipping within India.

International shipping costs are shown at checkout and vary by weight and destination.
Duties and taxes

For Indian addresses, GST is already included in the item price; no extra octroi or COD surcharge applies.

For all other countries, import duties, VAT and brokerage fees levied by the destination customs authority are payable by the recipient. Parcels refused for unpaid duties will not have outbound shipping refunded.
Packaging and insurance

Multi-layer corrugated cartons with corner guards and moisture-resistant over-bags.

Internal bubble-wrap or moulded inserts for fragile items.

Every shipment is insured for the full invoice value.
Delivery attempts and address accuracy

Couriers make two delivery attempts.

Provide a complete street address, accurate postal code and a reachable telephone number.

Parcels returned to us after failed delivery attempts can be re-shipped on payment of a new freight charge, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
Tracking and customer support

A tracking link is emailed automatically once the parcel leaves our warehouse and can also be viewed in My Account ⟶ Orders.
